Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using DAWganize or purchasing a license. By downloading, installing, or using DAWganize, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DAWganize ("the App"), developed and operated by Suresh Raja Musicals LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DAWganize on macOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or professional audio production purposes.

DAWganize is available as a one-time purchase. All prices are listed in USD. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

4. Early Access

Early access versions of DAWganize may contain bugs or incomplete features. We make no guarantee that early access builds will be stable or suitable for production use. By signing up for early access, you acknowledge and accept this.

5. Updates

Purchases include free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that period, major version updates may require an additional purchase. Bug fixes and security patches will be provided at our discretion.

6. Privacy

DAWganize processes all audio analysis locally on your Mac. No audio files, session data, or personal information are transmitted to our servers. The only data we collect is your email address if you sign up for the waitlist or contact us, which is used solely to communicate with you about DAWganize.

7. Intellectual Property

DAWganize, its name, logo, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Suresh Raja Musicals LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DAWganize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suresh Raja Musicals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of DAWganize, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to audio sessions or project files.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
