Overview

DAWganize is a macOS desktop application developed by Suresh Raja Musicals, LLC. It automates session preparation and track import workflows for music producers working with Ableton Live, Pro Tools, and Logic Pro.

DAWganize does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. All processing occurs entirely on your local machine.

Information We Collect

DAWganize does not collect any personal information. Specifically, the app:

• Does not require you to create an account or log in
• Does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details
• Does not collect usage data, analytics, or crash reports
• Does not connect to the internet for any purpose
• Does not include any advertising or tracking frameworks

The only files the app accesses are your local audio session files (such as .als files from Ableton Live and .aaf files from Pro Tools). These files are read locally on your Mac to perform the session prep tasks you request. They are never uploaded, copied off your device, or shared in any way.

How We Use Information

Because DAWganize does not collect any personal information, there is no personal data for us to use. The app processes your local session files solely to carry out the automation tasks you initiate within the app. No data derived from those files is retained, transmitted, or used for any secondary purpose.

Data Storage

DAWganize writes a local log file to the following location on your Mac:

~/Library/Logs/DAWganize/

This log file records technical events (such as which operations were run and whether they succeeded) to help with local debugging and troubleshooting. The log file exists only on your Mac. It is never sent anywhere, and it contains no personal information. You can view, delete, or manage this file at any time using Finder or Terminal.

No other data is written to your Mac beyond the output files that the app creates as part of its normal session preparation tasks (such as organized track lists or project folders you have directed the app to create).

Permissions

DAWganize may request the following macOS permissions:

• File Access — to read your session files (.als, .aaf) from locations you select. The app only accesses files you explicitly open or point it to.
• Accessibility — to click UI elements within Logic Pro during color-assignment automation. This permission allows the app to interact with Logic Pro's interface on your behalf. The app does not use this permission to read or record any screen content.
• AppleScript Automation — to communicate with Logic Pro and Pro Tools for session control tasks. These automations run entirely on your local machine.

None of these permissions are used to collect or transmit data.

Third-Party Services

DAWganize does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics platforms. There are no external services receiving any information from the app.

Children's Privacy

DAWganize does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations by design.

Changes to This Policy

If the privacy practices of DAWganize change in the future, this policy will be updated and a new "Last Updated" date will be posted at the top. Because the app does not collect user contact information, we are unable to notify users directly of changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. The current version is always available at DAWganize.com.
